The Model 3 sales price is now $34,850, which includes a $3,750 tax credit and $4,300 in estimated gas savings. Last month, Tesla cut prices by $2,000 after the federal tax credit was cut in half on Jan. 1.

Tesla updated their site and configurator. The mid-range model 3 now starts at $42,900. And dropped the price by $1,100 on all of them. Used values will drop too. Tesla cut prices, then cut 7% of their workforce, and now they cut prices again. Lots of “cuts.” Will they be profitable? I don’t know, you tell me.
Here are the new prices for Model 3:
• Mid Range: $42,900
• Long Range Dual Motor: $49,900
• Long Range Dual Motor Performance: $60,900
If you want premium colors:
Midnight Silver Metallic
Deep Blue Metallic
Pearl White Multi-Coat
So, if you’re selling a used model 3, the value will drop. A buyer will think about buying a brand new one from Tesla with incentives or buy yours used. We have a model 3 mid-range currently listed with premium red multi coat and white interior asking $51,500 – that seller will need to adjust their price.
