This MODEL Y is in mint condition and I am the only owner. Selling this car because I just bought a 2023 Performance Y and want someone else to enjoy it as much as I did.

This Y has the following:
-Autopilot,
-Performance Trim… breaks, pedals, carbon fiber spoiler and 21″ Ubertubine wheels.
-Home Link hardware installed($600 VALUE)
-New front tires installed July 2023($1000 VALUE
-PPF or Paint Protection Film installed in the entire front half of the car($2500 VALUE)
-Reflective UV tint installed on all windows and sun roof.

Active Tesla manufacturers warranty till April 10 2025 or 60K miles.

My asking price is based on the Loan Pay off amount owed to the bank( see attached picture). Any buyer will have to agree to this price.

Below are my selling guidelines to make the purchase safe and transparent for both parties.

FUNDS AND PAYMENT OPTION
-Cashier’s check: The buyer can request a cashier’s check from their bank, I WILL call that bank to verify the funds on the spot. Super easy.

VERIFY IDENTITY
-Be open with each other from the start. I give YOU my ID and vice versa.
-Bill of Sale and odometer disclosure agreement

MEETING LOCATIONS
-We will Meet at a local CHASE branch to execute the loan pay off and get a bill of sales.

-The seller and buyer must visit a local motor vehicle service center to complete a secure title reassignment (HSMV 82994 or 82092) and disclose the odometer reading. The buyer and seller must both be present and provide photo identification.

If money was loaned to buy the vehicle, FLHSMV will issue the title reflecting a lien. After the buyer pays off the loan, the lien holder must mark the lien “satisfied.”
